NexCloud is a social networking service provided by NEXNOVO. This Guideline will explain how NexCloud collects, uses and stores your personal information, along with the rights you are entitled to. We will use this Guideline to explain the relevant details, including the following:

I. Collection of Information

1.1Our collection of information will be based on your interaction with us and the choices you have made, including your privacy settings and the products and functions you use. The information we collect from you may cover the SDK/API/JS version, software version, browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), IP address, platform, timestamp, application identifier, application program version, application distribution channel, device's unique identification code, iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), Android advertiser identifier, MAC address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), device model, terminal manufacturer, terminal OS version, start/time of session, language location, time zone and network status (e.g. Wi-Fi) ,as well as the usage of hard disk, CPU and battery. Personal data that are collected for creating an NexCloud Account may include your email address or mobile phone number, device related information (e.g. IMEI number) and various location related information (e.g. location area code, mobile network and country codes).

1.2We may collect information during the following procedures

1.2.1 Set up and log in of NexCloud Account. Personal data that are collected for creating an NexCloud Account may include your email address or mobile phone number, device related information (e.g. IMEI number) and various location related information (e.g. location area code, mobile network and country codes).

1.2.2 Purchasing your NexCloud products. When you make purchases through the NexCloud ecommerce website, we may collect your NexCloud Account ID (or mobile phone number or email addressed used to create your NexCloud Account), name, phone number, delivery address, order details, etc. NexCloud provides logistics services to deliver the products purchased on the e-commerce website. NexCloud has an after sales system to handle after sales related matters as well as an after sales center for walk-in support services for users. When you use these services, we may also collect the order number, invoice date, list of purchased items and your contact details in order to process the services.

1.2.3User feedback. When you submit a user feedback through the NexCloud app, we may collect information on the list of devices registered in your account, as well as related device operation information and device information.

1.2.4 Syncing NexCloud device data. When you synchronies the NexCloud device data, e.g. to NexCloud device Cloud Service, we may collect data relating to your activities and functionalities of NexCloud device, such as those obtained from our sensors and features on NexCloud device, your sleeping patterns, movement data and smart alarm related information.

1.2.5 Processing the services. In providing the above services, we may also collect data in relation to your device, including your NexCloud device ID, firmware version, device OS version, model and system, and visiting IP and time.

II. Protection of the User’s Personal Information 

2.1 It is a fundamental principle of NEXNOVO to protect the user's personal information. NEXNOVO will take reasonable measures to protect the user's personal information. Except for the circumstances prescribed by laws and regulations, NEXNOVO will not make public or disclose the user's personal information to any third party without permission of the users. NEXNOVO adopts professional encryption storage and transmission methods for related information, in order to protect the user's personal information.

2.2 You need to provide some necessary information when registering an account or using the Services. For example, you need to fill in the mobile phone number so that NEXNOVO can provide you with account registration service or user identification; the function of “Location” needs your consent to use your location information and so on. If relevant national laws and regulations or policies have special provisions, you need to provide real identity information. If the information you provide is incomplete, you are not allowed to use the Services or you may be restricted during use of the Services.

2.3 In general, you may browse and modify your own information at any time. However, you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information provided at the time of registration for the purpose of security and identification (such as the NexCloud account appeal service).

2.4 NEXNOVO will apply a variety of security technologies and procedures to establish a sound management system to protect your personal information and avoid unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

2.5 NEXNOVO will not disclose your personal information to any company, organization or individual without your consent, except as provided by laws and regulations.

2.6 NEXNOVO attaches great importance to the protection of personal information of minors. If you are a minor, you should obtain the written consent of your parents or legal guardians before using NEXNOVO's services.

2.7 In software registration, users are required to enter the user's email address or mobile phone number, which is only used for double factor authentication and system notification sending.

2.8 When using a mobile device to connect to nexnovo products, it is necessary to obtain the SSID and BSSID connected to the mobile device, mainly used to check and determine whether the user's phone is connected to the hotspot of Jinghong's hardware products.

2.9 Due to the need to obtain hotspots of nexnovo products near your mobile device, this application needs to obtain your location permissions. Accurate location permissions are mainly used to calculate the location of hardware devices, and we will strictly protect your personal privacy.
